Chabatik of Thailand was founded by 2 young women that specialize in contemporary interpretations of traditional mud-mee silk weaving. Sasiwan Damrongsiri designs stunningly beautiful shawls that are still handwoven of silk from worms feed on the leaves of mulberry trees growing in the area.
