Wendy Kowynia

Wendy Kowynia’s award-winning mixed media and textile works have exhibited nationally and locally. In addition to the stunning handwoven shawls that she hand-dyes using shibori techniques, Wendy also creates architectural panels. In Wendy's word: "Explorations of form, pattern and texture speak to my interest in the iterative nature of time and existence, the accretion of moment upon moment, the laying in of paper and thread."
